looks like AnotherDeadWiki then.

This wiki is clearly no longer very secure. It's old, phpwiki seems to be in quite a bad state. It would be better to move to a more usefully maintained and supported wiki such as MoinMoin or MediaWiki (although both have their problems).

The best solution I can think of for now, that doesn't involve lots of work is for everyone to start their own wikis and sites for their faculties, and to put a link to that server on the OtherUoServers page.
