[edit] The Charter of the University of Openess

1. This is not the charter of the University of Openness (yet).
2. All Students are Teachers and vice versa.
3. Assigned roles and ranks are freely available for self-application, and subject to change at any time
4. The UO likes FreeSoftware, and will endeavor to use it critically for its own work, and advocate its use generally.
5. The OrgiasticBoard is open to all members of the Uo, and meetings may be motioned by any board member.
6. Decisions on the charter, and other fundamental issues of the University may be prevaricated through the process of the OrgiasticBoardMeeting.
