• add the new organisational areas to the organisation page, like 'information' and put peoples name againast them.
• let people know (with a 'second round' email about the new (well now clarified) bits of the formats like:

1. the map room,
2. the request for maps of all kinds independent of the weekly groups
3. the library (paper)
4. the request for digital maps

• make a text inviting volunteers and the FAQ for participants
