Just a short note to say thanx for the efforts you put in to allow me to feel I was part of the group. It was obviously not ideal, but hell that's materialism for you. I will be diligent in my efforts to link up in a way that is more amenable to discussion.

From what I was able to pick up and with reference to Chapter 1:

I wonder if phase time is the time of the subjectivity of living labour, and if so what time is its objective correlate. Under capital that time is obviously production time but it seems that if none of the three times (phase/cyclical/linear) are the time of revolution, and it is more of the relation or articulation between the three then we will have to privilege the time of our own subjectivity to avoid the reterritorialization of that subjectivity, and that will mean pursuing a collective organisation which allows for the intensity of subjectivity. This will still however, be inadequate, as Capital too has its own cycles- turnover time, industrial cycle etc. and its own linearity- 'development'. We should think about this, as it is of extreme importance in how to articulate our own existence practically, if we are not to simply retract into a 'Lifestyle'- we may be rootless cosmopolitans but that doesn't mean we are not part of a rhizome.This is not necessarily a theoretical problem but may be one we are already dealing with in the process of reading and thinking together.
