A social circuit of the publishing process, part of the UoPublishing methodology.

• Produce and print a publication, using UoPublishing selectively.
• Bring a bunch of needles and thread to the point where you plan to distribute your publication.
• Invite interested parties to sit and bind their own copy by stitching the along the centre fold of the booklet.
• Converse cordially while you work.

This process has been applied during several iterations of the UoJournal. The process is a lot of fun, and often the conversations had while stitching the texts together are as or more interesting than the texts themselves.

Those who have received stitch-bound copies of the UoJournal have also remarked that this imparts a generosity and authenticity to the publication that two rude staples would never manage.
