Important research question: can you taxonomise taxonomies?
We are aware there is an established (academic) distinction between FolkTaxonomies and ScientificTaxonomies but we have yet to categorise our following taxonomies in exactly this way.
RECENTLY NOTED: i think we need to discuss folksonomies
in the meantime, some other taxonomies are collected here:
- Personal FilingTaxonomy (add your own file labels!)
- MusicTaxonomy (how do you catalogue your music collection?)
- MythoTaxonomy (those taxonomies we use without really being aware of them)
- WeirdoTaxonomies (i.e. miscellaneous newly invented taxonomies)
