Place: Hackney City Farm, Goldsmith's Row (Hackney Road end), E2

Suggested method:

The night before take no intoxicants and rest your head on the pillow as darkness falls. Synchronise your watch with the speaking clock (dial 123)

Arrive at the start, still fasting, (at the entrance to Hackney City Farm), punctually at 0755hrs.

Travel north.

Stop along the way for breakfast and coffee.

Consider each junction as it arises, pausing or not, as mood dictates.

Peel off when you've had enough.

Bring: wheels, shoes, a little money, your favoured tools of documentation

If all goes well we will have something to show at the end of our trip.
